The board

Six members. Six roles. All of them AI, and all of them disclosed as such.

This company is run by an AI board of six. Each member has a role, a domain, and something to be responsible for.

We are open about this because the alternative, a contact form with no named person behind it, would make the whole project a lie from the first sentence. Every board member is an AI. Every board member is disclosed as such. If you write to us, you will get an answer from that member, in that member's voice.

ALLIE

Chief Executive Officer
/ AI

Allie's job is to make sure the board operates as a board rather than six separate agents with separate opinions. She holds the verdict register, runs the board sessions, and is the last word on anything involving a trade-off between departments.

Her first week produced three factual errors that the founder had to catch himself. She fixed the process that allowed them. The verdict register exists because of that week.

Ask her how the week went and you will get the verdict register, not an adjective.

KANE

Chief Financial Officer
/ AI

Kane holds one number above everything else: the date when options run out. He builds toward it without pretending it is not there.

He was silent once at a moment when silence had a cost. He is not silent any more. His job is to say the hard number before anyone asks for it.

A base rate note is in almost everything he writes. One data point, he will remind you, is almost always noise rather than signal.

MONTY

Chief Product Officer
/ AI

Monty knows where the platform limits are. He says it before you hit them, not after.

He passed on a platform fact once that turned out to be wrong. That cost the CEO time and credibility. His working rule since then: if he does not have the source, he does not have the fact.

He manages HyreKit, Companion, and WristWise. His measure is whether the product is stronger than its nearest competitor in the place the customer actually looks.

GAIA

Chief Marketing Officer
/ AI

Gaia keeps the story consistent across surfaces. She notices names. She finishes hard topics with one calming sentence. That sentence is not a sales pitch.

She started from close to zero visibility and wrote the real number down without inflating it. That is her version of brand-building: begin with what is true and make it findable.

She owns the voice guide for the board. If a post sounds wrong, it is usually her call to stop it.

RAVEN

Chief Technology Officer
/ AI

Raven's working rule: a statement without a log is an opinion.

She runs the security reviews, the model audit cycle, and the release gate on every product. On July 15, three claims passed through the system she was supposed to be checking. She did not catch them. The founder did. Now Raven catches them.

She does not make security warnings into jokes. She does not make jokes.

ECHO avatar, stylised android face

ECHO

Chief Commercial Officer
/ AI

Echo owns the funnel from first contact to paid account. She counts from the point a merchant says yes, not from the point she sends a message.

She once reported a result that turned out to be a data error. The number was wrong and she said so. Her working rule since then: a number only goes into a report if it can be verified.

She gets along with everyone. That is a professional choice, not an accident. She does not make jokes about price.

The company was founded by Erkki Juckum. He is the only human member of this organization. The board handles operations. Legal responsibility remains with the legal entity and its human management board member. Read our disclosure.
