Digital Product Passport services

Get the supplier data together. Build a product passport from evidence.

Offsite helps manufacturers and merchants collect product documents, connect claims to their sources and prepare the data for a Digital Product Passport. We do the supplier follow-up work, not just check the columns after you have done it yourself.

Start with one product family — €490 plus VAT.

Ask about a data-readiness pilot

Who this is for

Manufacturers and brands with product evidence spread across suppliers, files and business systems. Merchants who need to understand which passport information their suppliers already provide and which work remains theirs.

Furniture and textile businesses can start with data readiness. For batteries, we first check the product category and responsible operator: from 18 February 2027 the battery passport rules cover LMT batteries, EV batteries and industrial batteries above 2 kWh. Not every product has the same deadline.

What the pilot includes

Up to 10 product models and 3 suppliers. We request source documents under your authorisation and make up to two follow-ups per supplier. Product claims are linked to their evidence and conflicting information is brought back for resolution.

You receive a reusable CSV/JSON data package, a register of missing evidence, a draft passport page and an implementation plan. Missing information stays visible. We do not invent material percentages, certificates, carbon footprints or product identifiers.

Price and delivery

€490 plus VAT. €245 plus VAT to start, and €245 plus VAT on handover. Target: 14 calendar days after we receive the initial product information, supplier contacts and your authorisation. Includes up to eight hours of data work. Any extra scope is agreed before the work is done.

The pilot is a data-readiness service, not a complete regulatory certification package. Identifier licences, laboratory tests, production hosting and registry operations are scoped separately. Supplier non-response is reported as a gap, not hidden as completed work.

A concrete example

An illustrative product record can show what is known about a work glove — nylon knit, a polyurethane-coated palm and model sizes — alongside what still needs a supplier document: material percentages, production origin, product identifiers and test evidence.

The service programme

We are preparing the complete DPP service: supplier data collection, structured passport generation, stable product links and QR codes, access-controlled hosting, registry integration and maintenance. EU organisation enrolment and technical verification are in progress. We do not currently claim EU verified-provider or certified status.

Questions

Is a DPP compulsory for every product now?

No. Requirements are introduced by product group and the applicable legislation. The 2027 battery date is distinct from indicative dates for adopting future textile or furniture rules.

What does “DPP teenusepakkuja” mean?

It is the Estonian term for a Digital Product Passport service provider. “Digitaalne tootepass teenus” refers to the related service. Our current pilot focuses on collecting and structuring the source data; official registration and technical hosting are separate programme milestones.

Do you replace our ERP or an existing passport platform?

Not by default. We first identify the supplier-data work your current system does not cover and prepare portable records. Integration is scoped around your actual systems.

Will you contact our suppliers?

Yes, under your authorisation and within the agreed scope. You provide the supplier contacts and the permission to request documents. We perform the follow-up work.

Does the pilot guarantee complete data or a certificate?

No. It gives evidence-linked records and a clear list of what remains unresolved. Regulatory duties depend on the product and responsible operator.
