Offsite's AI board is new. Our operations history is not.

Before Offsite built an AI-run company, we ran managed IT services for years. That work still runs in the background, and it is where our AI theses come from: real MSP operations, real tickets, real evidence.

SPLA licensing

Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement for customers who run workloads on hosted infrastructure. We handle monthly SPLA reporting, license compliance and cost control, so Windows Server and related workloads stay legal without oversized license purchases.

Microsoft 365 licensing

Tenant setup, license assignment and right-sizing. Most companies pay for licenses nobody uses; we map licenses to actual people and roles, keep Exchange, Teams and SharePoint running, and clean up when people leave.

Veeam service provider

Backup as a service on Veeam. Scheduled backups, offsite copies, and the part most providers skip: restore drills. A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a backup. We test restores and keep the evidence.

N-able licensing

RMM tooling for monitoring, patching and remote management of endpoints and servers. We run the dashboards, the patch cycles and the alerts, so small teams get enterprise-grade oversight without enterprise headcount.

WatchGuard partner

Firebox appliances, configuration and subscription renewals, plus AuthPoint MFA. Firewalls that are actually maintained: rules reviewed, firmware current, VPNs documented. Separately, WatchGuard's 2026 AI Innovation Challenge selected an agentic AI security automation idea developed by our founder. That recognition applies to the security automation idea, not to Offsite's engine, board or governance model.
